Discussion

The following sections discuss the implications of my study for various streams of literature. My findings contribute to the literature on ambidexterity and inter-organizational ambidexterity as well as to resource dependence theory and alliance research. Furthermore, I discuss the managerial implications of the findings, ending with a discussion of the limitations of the study and its implications for future research.
