Step 5: Implementation Phase
摘要
As valuable as consensus is, it is of no use if it is not followed by action. Everything new in life has to survive a period of awkward beginnings. Inertia and forgetfulness hinder “doing”. This chapter provides working methods for the team meeting to ensure that the agreed actions are actually taken. It describes the three objectives of the meeting, the “rolling minutes” method, a procedure for recording and resolving disruptions that occur, and a set of rules of conduct for all participants. The implementation phase also often requires authoritative qualities from the manager.
