Findings

Chapter 4 presents the major findings of this dissertation thesis. It will provide first an overview of the reviewed German private family and publicly listed non-family firms. Next, it offers the main barriers I observed in the sampled firms and interviews. Finally, it compares the main barriers to digital transformation in the studied German private family and publicly listed non-family firms.
