Chapter 7 brings this research to a close, offering a holistic and in-depth understanding of managing workspace changes. In doing so, the findings of all studies, the identified key principles, the change activities, and employees’ sensemaking patterns are synthesized and integrated into a comprehensive workspace change process model (cf. Sect. 7.1). Sect. 7.2 provides the theoretical and practical implications of this research (cf. Sect. 7.2).
