Study IV: Employees’ Sensemaking during Workspace Changes—Usage Phase

Chapter 6 presents the fourth study of this research that explores employees’ attitudes and sensemaking along the workspace change process. Building upon empirical Studies II and III findings, Study IV focuses on employees’ perspectives. It focuses on cognitive, behavioral and affective patterns along employees’ sensemaking and meaning-making processes during the workspace change process.
