Study III: Change Activities for Managing Workspace Changes—Implementation Phase

This chapter contains the third study during the development and implementation phase and identifies concrete change activities for dynamically managing the workspace change inside InsureCorp. To this end, the aim and contribution of the explorative case study are first introduced. Subsequently, the method and data and the findings are presented. This chapter concludes with a discussion and avenues for future research, summary, and contribution.
