Study II: Key Principles for Managing Workspace Changes—Development Phase

This chapter contains the second study during the development phase of an innovative workspace concept and identifies key principles for managing the workspace change inside InsureCorp. To this end, the aim and contribution of the explorative case study are introduced, followed by the method and data and the findings. This chapter concludes with a discussion and avenues for future research, summary, and contribution.
