Study I: Understanding Workspace Concepts from an Organizational Development and Change Perspective

This study provides the foundations for the studies of this research by systematically integrating existing literature in the field of WPM with the literature on OT and ODC to develop a holistic understanding of the underlying concepts of this research. To this end, the aim and contribution of the systematic literature review are introduced (cf. Sect. 3.1), followed by the method and data (cf. Sect. 3.2) and the findings (cf. Sect. 3.3). This chapter concludes with a discussion (cf. Sect. 3.4) and avenues for future research, summary, and contribution (cf. Sect. 3.5).
