Beliefs

The studies presented in the previous paragraph (Reichert & Torney-Purta, 2019; Reichert et al., 2021) perform an analysis of secondary data retrieved from the 2009 International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement (IEA) International Civic and Citizenship Education (ICCS) studies. Their work analyses teachers’ perspectives to develop types/profiles of teachers according to the goals they attribute to Civic and Citizenship Education.
