摘要
As the regression results of model one suggest the assumed relationship in H1, the importance of experiencing participative safety at work is underlined. Those with lower participative safety scores are more likely to fall into a higher turnover category, making it desirable for employers to ensure a participative safety climate to retain employees. This is in line with the theoretical deliberation that underlying social work values inherent in all of us lead employees to value positive social relations at work and accordingly want to see that value reflected in their organizational reality in terms of a positive team climate.
