Conceptual Model and Hypotheses Formulation
摘要
In search of an answer to the research question posed in the beginning of this paper, little seems to be gained from measuring (work) values directly or indirectly or assessing fit, since it does not put the specific aspect in question, namely, participative safety at the center of my analysis. However, based on what has been described extensively above, values may be understood as the underlying mechanism that substantially influences and explains behavioral intent and ultimately behavior. It can be assumed that social work values, which have been established to be part of all our value systems and express the desire to experience positive social relations at work, inform turnover intentions.
