Broadening the Age Perspective to Post-Retirement Work
摘要
Since the studies in Chaps. 3 and 4 only partially support the GATE framework in different contexts, a broader view on the human capital factors of actively aging individuals seems more promising. Thus, this chapter extends the analysis of the GATE factors to traditional and indicators of human capital factors and enhances the knowledge base on prolonging working lives.
