The Management of Sports Clubs as Stakeholder Management
摘要
The stakeholder approach assumes that, in contrast to the shareholders’ model, the guiding principle of an organization is not (only) short-term profit maximization, but that it is about long-term benefit maximization for all stakeholders and therefore the consideration of various groups relevant to the organization plays an important role. In general, it is therefore usually necessary for organizations to first identify their stakeholder groups to then enable an evaluation of their importance along the dimensions of interest and influence (Friedman & Miles, 2006). This results in various options for designing appropriate relationships and forms of participation.
