Examining the Correlation Question in Islamic Religious Education
摘要
Islamic religious education has been integrated into the curricula of many regions in Germany. In light of this, I have explored the concept of correlative theology and religious didactics, drawing from both Jewish and Islamic sources. This study delves into the origins of the correlation concept in the history of theological and didactic thought, as well as its interreligious implications. This interdisciplinary investigation provides valuable insights for advancing correlative methods in both theory and practice within Islamic religious education. In accordance with the editorʼs request, this presentation focuses solely on the key findings. For a more comprehensive understanding, I recommend referring to the attached volume from the series Islamische Praktische Theologie im Dialog (Islamic Practical Theology in Dialogue).
