Potentials of a Responsive Sociology of Law
摘要
So far, we have reconstructed the discursive developments that have contributed to the weakness of the sociology of law in Germany. On the other hand, we have been able to identify traces of a responsive sociology of law in these discourses, which for understandable reasons did not initially prevail. These reasons lie, as we have seen, in a constellation of competing reflective discourses, which make the formulation of a responsive reflection theory, a symmetrical model of interdisciplinary cooperation, difficult even for the systems-theoretical sociology of law, although it has the theoretical architectural means for it.
