The Founding Myth of Interdisciplinarity and the Asymmetry of Reflective Theory
摘要
From the previous considerations, a sociology of science thesis has emerged regarding the unsuccessful development of sociology of law after 1945. In its preliminary and general form, it states that the difficult institutional situation of sociology of law in the German-speaking world is, among other things, a result of specific configurations of reflective theory. The interdisciplinary field of sociology of law, as we assume, has not produced a sustainable description of its system-environment relation in terms of reflective theory.
