Conclusion

After the discussion of the empirical research results in connection to the theoretical findings (Chap. 2) and limitations of research, this final chapter will summarize the answers to this dissertation’s research question and guiding questions. Moreover, it will discuss the theoretical and empirical contributions to the research field. The work then closes with an outlook on further research opportunities.
