Strategies for Better Understanding of Problematic Behavior, Feelings, Thoughts, or Bodily Reactions
摘要
When a problem arises due to a certain behavior, feelings (which usually occur at too high an intensity or do not match the triggering situations), or even thoughts or physical reactions, the affected person experiences distress. The goal is then for the behavior to no longer occur or to occur in a different form. The feelings should no longer be intense. The thoughts should no longer be so tormenting. And the physical reactions should no longer occur.
