How Parasites Influence Behavior

Parasites use their hosts in a multitude of ways. Therefore, it should not be surprising that some parasites also influence the behavior of their hosts in a way that is advantageous for the parasite. For example, host animals are influenced to behave in such a way that they are more frequently eaten by a predator. The parasite then continues to live in the predator. Are humans also ‘reprogrammed’ by their parasites?
