摘要
This article provides an overview of the management of complexity in construction based on system thinking. To this end, the term system thinking, complexity and diversity are presented from a systemic perspective. The approaches are then transferred to the management of complexity in construction. Diversity is viewed systemically and cybernetically in the sense of diversity of action.
