The development of automated vehicles and driving functions is an extremely complex task. Already in the system design stage, it faces a large number of partially conflicting interests and various constraints. This chapter illustrates important challenges in concept specifications in the field of automated driving and presents a systematic process model that contributes to meeting the special demands of automated driving on the design process. In addition, the successful conduct of a structured concept specification for an automated vehicle guidance system is described.

摘要

The development of automated vehicles and driving functions is an extremely complex task. Already in the system design stage, it faces a large number of partially conflicting interests and various constraints. This chapter illustrates important challenges in concept specifications in the field of automated driving and presents a systematic process model that contributes to meeting the special demands of automated driving on the design process. In addition, the successful conduct of a structured concept specification for an automated vehicle guidance system is described.
