Human Performance in Vehicle Driving
摘要
Human performance in driving is reflected in the behaviour of the driver. It is determined by the human offer of performanceHuman offer of performance and the requirements resulting from the driving task. The human offer of performance is composed of the general performance capacity and the current physiological and psychological willingness to perform, which is influenced by fatigue, emotion or illness, among other factors. The performance capacity in vehicle driving is determined by individual characteristics of the driver, for example, age and driving experience. Requirements from the driving task result from the driver’s tasks in the vehicle itself (e.g. controlling the vehicles’ longitudinal and lateral motion, other operational tasks) and from the driving environment (e.g. other road users, route).
