How to master the challenges of successfully using ASAM OpenSCENARIO®

ASAM OpenSCENARIO® is in the process of establishing as the most promising standard for test definition. This trend can be seen in the growing support of the standard in many simulation tools. However, there are also challenges and today’s situation for engineers is not easy as most tools only support a limited set of OpenSCENARIO® features. In this paper I will show AVL’s solutions to master the challenges of successfully using OpenSCENARIO® for testing of automated vehicle functions.
