Working from Home: Perspectives, Challenges, Solutions
摘要
Since the beginning of the Covid-19 crisis, the proportion of employees working from home at least occasionally has increased significantly. This is particularly true for employees with cognitive tasks, but not for those with social tasks. Advantages arise from better task management, greater flexibility, improved work-life balance, and reduced commuting times, while challenges exist in the areas of occupational health and safety, as well as leadership and collaboration. The management of these challenges determines the effectiveness of potential advantages or disadvantages. The article offers solutions for these, particularly in relation to leadership and collaboration.
