New Work Requires New Learning
摘要
In the VUCA world, everything is in a state of constant change. Learning processes must be organized along the lines of everyday professional life. Traditional knowledge transfer is no longer sufficient for vocational education: The half-life of knowledge is becoming increasingly shorter. Beyond the updating of knowledge, the development of employees is important. Competencies such as readiness to learn and change, systemic thinking, relationship management, and teamwork are crucial. Strategic competence management in the triad of qualification, professional action knowledge, and the development of soft skills is “New Learning” as a response to New Work. Transdisciplinary competencies such as relationship management, cooperation and communication skills, but also empathy, will gain in importance.
