Skills Shortage—Myth or Reality?

The shortage of skilled workers is real: The situation on the German job market is complex. Although a large availability of resources exists, not all existing open positions can be filled locally. This problem is based on various factors, which in most cases cannot be eliminated by the employers. The article describes the approach using the example of an industrial company in the rubber industry, which was able to close the manifesting gaps through various measures.
