摘要

In an increasingly complex and rapidly changing market environment, self-organization, personal responsibility, and adaptability are success factors for the work organization of the future. To apply these agile practices not only at the level of individual teams, but organization-wide, thus achieving “business agility”, it is advisable to rethink leadership and especially the role of disciplinary leadership beyond the introduction of new roles. Otherwise, organizations risk their process and structural organization becoming unbalanced. An agile leadership model with technically and disciplinarily separated leadership roles counteracts this. The article explains how this change can be successfully designed using the analogy of the adaptive and learning organization as a building and shows practical approaches to harmonizing management and coordination structure as supporting pillars.
