Agile Working

Due to advancing digitization, work processes are changing across all sectors. Against the backdrop of shorter product cycles and the associated pressure to innovate, the requirements for new developments and the pace of change are increasing in many industries and areas of work. Agile work allows companies to quickly and specifically adapt to changing customer needs and to respond to them in the short term. However, agile work is likely to have been established in only a few companies since their foundation. If a company wants to benefit from the advantages of agile work, it requires an organizational realignment. To ensure legally secure conditions, a multitude of labor law questions need to be addressed before introducing agile organizational and work forms, which will be answered in the following.
