摘要

Dealing with diversity and cultural differences is part of everyday life for the approximately 3,000 residents of the Lenzsiedlung, a sociodemographically and culturally heterogeneous high-rise housing estate in the Hamburg district of Eimsbüttel. Over 70% of the residents have a migration background, originating in over 60 countries. Due to the high population density, the Lenzsiedlung is a well-suited setting for the investigation of perceptions, differences and changes regarding cultural values and norms that have been triggered or influenced by immigration to Germany.
