摘要
The third chapter describes in detail the approaches used for all stages of the experimental work and the steps taken towards the objectives of this work: from the materials used, to the mix design of the compounds, to the mixing procedure, to the manufacturing process by 3D printing. The rheological behaviour and shrinkage measurements of all the compounds used are also provided to show the adaptation of the paste formulation to obtain the best outcome as an optimal printable paste for a specific nozzle. It also provides solutions and optimizations to the problems to reach the best printing performance, geometric accuracy and structural integration of 3D paper printed objects.
