Self-Organization
摘要
In the search for adaptable forms of leadership and organization, more and more organizations are questioning classical hierarchical structures. The term “self-organization” is used to describe projects that aim to restructure an organization in the direction of less hierarchy and more decentralized self-management. In this chapter, common methods such as sociocracy and collegial leadership are presented, and the framework conditions and success factors for a successful transformation into self-organized teams are defined.
