Agile Management
摘要
In order to remain adaptable in an increasingly unpredictable environment, more and more organizations are turning to agile management methods. These methods differ from traditional, plan-based methods through an iterative approach in short time cycles and self-organized teams. This chapter describes two widely used methods, Scrum and SAFe, in more detail. Furthermore, the important difference between agile values and principles (Being Agile) and agile practices and methods (Doing Agile) is pointed out so that agile management can be sustainably integrated into the management culture.
