摘要

In purely historical terms, organizational structures refer to the formal division of labor. Organizations usually have a primary and secondary organization. The functional organizational design, the business unit organization and the matrix organization classically developed as the primary organization. Project and process organizations were initially subordinate and have now developed to the level of primary organizations. Each form can still be found today and has certain strengths and weaknesses.
