Execution Phase Part 1: Detailed Engineering

The chapter describes the first part of the execution phase with a selected machine supplier. In this phase, the supplier’s basic engineering phase, the supplier plans the technical details of the ordered machine unit. It discusses in detail project organization, control of documents created by the manufacturer, calculations and drawings, the overall path to the “freezing” of documents before actual manufacturing.
