Development of a Machine Concept
摘要
The reader is given an overview of the construction kit of elements needed for the development of a machine concept, including their essential technical details. The specifics and typical application areas of compressor types are discussed, their operating behavior and their control methods. The typically used shaft sealing concepts are differentiated from each other. Drives for compressor trains are usually asynchronous and synchronous motors as well as condensation and back pressure steam turbines. Generators and gas expansion turbines are also considered, as well as gearboxes and couplings as components of power transmission, e.g. spur gear transmission and planetary gearboxes. The possibility of speed control via overlay gearboxes is described. Couplings are usually elastic disc or diaphragm couplings, in some cases also curved tooth and torsion couplings. This project phase also includes the clarification of availability requirements and a first cost estimate.
