Machine Assembly

  • Axel Sperber

摘要

The actual assembly phase of the ordered HDRE machine trains begins with the arrival of the delivery scope at the construction site and ends with the issuance of a protocol for Mechanical Completion. This chapter describes quality assurance elements on the construction site such as regular assembly meetings, an inspection and test plan, as well as regularly maintained defect and question lists. The presentation begins with delivery, storage and foundation preparation and continues with the individual steps for the mechanical assembly of HDRE machine trains. In addition to the machines themselves, the pipe assembly is also considered, as well as noise protection measures and accessibility. The assembly phase usually also includes commissioning and functional tests of the supply systems and machine control. Functional tests of the decoupled drive units such as MV motor or steam turbine should be completed before one of the last steps, the assembly of the couplings, takes place.
