Adapting the Model to Robo-Advice

Chapter 3 adapts the path dependence augmented unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (PDA-UTAUT) model to robo-advisory. Results from information systems, applied psychology, and the literature on the market participation are incorporated in the model which integrates path dependence and technology acceptance theories to thoroughly analyze the adoption of robo-advisors.
