Structural racism is not about an interaction between two people, but about racist structures and decision-making processes. It is therefore about routines that are designed in such a way that People of Color (PoC) are disproportionately and regularly disadvantaged. Such routines exist, for example, in the school system, such as when it comes to the promotion of students.
