Social Media Well-Being
摘要
This chapter lays out the politicised terms of current social media well-being debates. The contemporary focus on changing individual habits in response to social media’s psychological risks will be problematized and discussed in relation to its specific historical neoliberal context. This chapter will reveal how contingent norms and ideological beliefs are mobilised in everyday discourses and designs of healthy digital practice, offering useful conceptual tools able to critique the various forms they take.
