Below, I describe personal views on the topic of consumption, from which I justify my commitment to consumer policy. In this description, I am deliberately pointed and intensifying in the presentation at times, in order to provide an impulse for a debate on the renewal of guiding principles in consumption. By ‘we’ in the text, I mean the consumers.
