BUND Berlin e. V.’s Commitment to Strengthening the Initiative Scene
摘要
The Bund für Umwelt und Naturschutz Deutschland (BUND) Berlin e. V. supports civic engagement and initiatives in the city in various ways. Concrete examples of these activities, such as sewing cafes, repair cafes, and clothing swap parties, are presented in the text. In addition, BUND Berlin e. V. qualifies volunteers and interested parties through workshops to become energy-saving and waste advisors. As part of the ‘Berlin’s Path to Zero Waste’ project, it offers opportunities for networking within the Berlin initiative scene. As a practical partner, BUND participated in the transdisciplinary Citizen-Science research project REPARA/CUL/TURE, which dealt with questions of appropriation and dissemination of repair and DIY practices.
