Product Strategy—The Foundation of Product Management
摘要
A key task of digital product management involves making decisions in a complex environment with nearly infinite options. The commitment to a product strategy is perhaps the most fundamental decision that a product organization must make. Surprisingly, many companies operate without a product strategy—partly out of fear of committing to something, partly out of uncertainty about how to build a product strategy in the first place. This chapter describes why a product strategy is necessary and how it can be defined.
