The digital era offers both innovation potential and the requirement for new measures, especially in Education and Teaching. Digital technologies and AI lead to new working profiles, new fields of work, new qualifications. They require new knowledge and the adaptation of education as part of the Compass for “Building Forward Better” (Weber-Lewerenz 2022).
