How Super Weak Relationships Affect Fashion

Together with my students, I have long dealt with an interesting phenomenon. We cannot escape the perception of this phenomenon, as we always have it in view when we encounter other people. We are talking about one of the possibilities to express individuality, even one’s own identity, visibly to everyone. This example shows that this is not something that only concerns you alone—“Your style” is, like so many phenomena, only in small parts solely “Yours”. It is something deeply social, where even super weak relationships play a role. What is it about? It is about our clothing.
