Principles of Violence in German Companies
摘要
Principles of violence arise where people feel threatened. In companies, competent, high-performing, well-educated women pose a danger to male executives. The threat borders on the existential justification of men—in financial terms, but also in psychological terms. The identity of career men is largely fed by professional success, power, money, and status. Successful women destroy this hero principle. Not only because there are fewer jobs in top positions when women move up. But also, in the future, there will be heroines who lead, save, or help companies to profit. What kind of man am I if a woman is just as good as I am?
