Vocational Education in Georgia—Conception and Implementation of a PhD Programme

Education is the key to sustainable economic growth and social development opportunities. At the same time demand and relevance of initial and continuing vocational training (VET) is growing. Not only industrialised countries are aware of the challenges ahead, but also developing and emerging countries are increasing their efforts to reform their vocational education and training systems.
