Fields of action for Economic TransformationEconomic transformationfields of action are presented. The systematization of actors developed in the previous chapter is followed. The actorsEconomyactors of the economy—including the relevant supranational institutionsSupranational institutions, organizations—as well as (civil) society each have their own responsibilities and opportunities for influence. For example, businesses can take (further) steps towards a circular economy. For private households, improved consumer awareness is a possible starting point for behavior change. The state can choose from measures of fiscal policyStatefiscal policy or technologyTechnology support, among others. The commons sector can contribute through the distribution-effective or ecologically sensible creation and management of common goods.
