Humid Air

In section 10, the different states of humid air are recorded in numerous practice-related tasks, in particular with the help of the humidity ratio (moisture content, water content) x, the specific enthalpy h, the specific volume v and the density ρ. Furthermore, the processes in air treatment systems are recorded in tasks with the aid of changes of state of humid air during temperature change, humidification and dehumidification as well as during the mixing of two humid air quantities. These changes of state are also illustrated in the Mollier h,x diagram and quantified with the help of this diagram. Furthermore, the interaction between a water surface and an air stream flowing over it is recorded in a task.
