Experiencing the Oilscapes in Mode A and Mode B

Beyond the considerations of the petrochemical industry already presented, from theoretical aspects of Mode c to media discussions, the following chapter will take a look at the experience of oilscapes impacting Louisiana residents in both Mode a and Mode b. This is based on a total of eighty-one ‘ero-epic’ conversations (E) and guided interviews (I) conducted between May 2022 and March 2023. The statements of the responders were adapted applying a (Mayring in Qualitative Inhaltsanalyse. Grundlagen und Techniken, 10., neu ausgestattete Aufl.
