The chapter summarises the main results and findings of the Prosperkolleg project, as presented in the book, in five sections and provides an outlook on the open-ended points. It addresses the circular economy as part of sustainable development, the action-oriented, regional research approach of the Prosperkolleg, support needs and offers for companies on their way to the circular economy, the importance of innovative developments as well as strategic-political and overall social dimensions of the transformation process.
